關於2016年1月份的新加坡粉絲見面會有粉絲反應售票系統出了問題提早開賣門票，為了公平起見，先前售票將進行退票，並延至2015年12月22日早上九點開賣，請大家到MODE Entertainment 摩得娛樂官網查詢清楚的購票資訊，SpeXial與你們相約新加坡見喲❤️❤️❤️
Dear fans, we have gotten the official explanation from APACTix. Due to the negligence by one of the APACTix staff members, some fans were able to book the SpeXial “Dangerous” Singapore Fan Meet tickets online before the actual on-sale that was scheduled for Monday December 21st, 2015 at 9am. The mistake has now been corrected.
Official ticket sales will now start on 22 December 2015 (Tuesday) at 9am on internet (APACTix Website) and 10am on all other channels (APACTix Hotline and all SingPost outlets).
APACTix have voided all tickets that were transacted today before the official ticket sales. ALL who have tickets transacted prior to official ticket sales should have been informed of the cancellation of tickets and the procedures by APACTix staff. Therefore, we will like to remind you once again NOT to purchase any tickets from illegal resale; these tickets are voided as mentioned.
We regret such a situation has happened which is beyond our control. Apologies for the inconvenience caused due to this unfortunate situation and we seek your kind understanding in this.
We would also like to thank fans who have been patient and giving us the encouragement, we appreciate it a lot. Let’s all come together to help make this event a success!
各位特使們，我們已得到APACTix售票單位的官方解釋。由於其中一位APACTix職員的疏忽，所以導致一些粉絲能夠在原本12月21日（星期一）早上9點正式開票前在APACTix網站買到SpeXial 「Dangerous」新加坡粉絲見面會的票。這個錯誤現已被糾正。
因此，我們很遺憾地得把SpeXial 「Dangerous」 新加坡粉絲見面會的正式售票日期和時間將全面延期至明天12月22日，早上9點在APACTix網站，早上10點在APACTix熱綫和全島58間SingPost。
為了以示公平，APACTix已把開票前成功交易的票一律廢除，也應該已以電話通知並解釋程序。我們在此要提醒各位粉絲請不要向任何非正式的售票單位或人士購買見面會的票；所有在正式售票前交易的票都已作廢。
我們感到非常不幸這樣的事情會發生，對此造成大家的不便，我們深感抱歉並懇請您的諒解。
